Compared with competitors of the same size, the advantage of the AstroRC Carbonfly 75 V3 Mini Quadcopter Frame lies in its very strong core rigidity (the core structure is carbon fiber instead of plastic), and the inverted motor + dedicated battery compartment provides a very good center of gravity.
A good center of gravity is the basis for small wheelbase aircraft to have good flight performance. It can be suitable for 75mm tinywhoop.
The carbon fiber and PC versions of AstroRC CarbonFly75 fpv frame have the same core carbon fiber plate and the same TPU prints (both include the prints required for 1S and 2S battery installation)
The V3 version adds TPU corners to raise the stand and prevent the motor from touching the ground. We offer two colors and materials:
- Black: black TPU print + black carbon fiber core plate + black carbon fiber protective ring/polycarbonate (PC) protective ring
- White: translucent TPU print + white carbon fiber core plate + frosted white carbon fiber protective ring/polycarbonate (PC) protective ring
The Difference Between the Two Materials is?
The pure carbon fiber version has a 1.5mm thick protective ring and is designed to weigh no more than 30g by the whole machine, suitable for 1S lightweight configurations, or 2S configurations can be used, but with reduced drop resistance.
Polycarbonate (PC) version of the protective ring thickness of 3mm, to improve the toughness of the protective ring, the weight increased by only 2g, for 32g, more suitable for 2S models or for the requirements of the drop resistance of the novice pilots.

The turtle mode on this frame works great – really responsive. The frame is super durable and can take hard crashes like a champ. Overall, it’s definitely worth picking up.

I discovered the Mobula6 components can be transplanted to this frame – it only adds 8g to the total weight. The flight performance is super stable, and the frame build quality is solid.
Marcos –
I recommend running 2S – it gives you a much smoother flying experience.

Great frame, I’m really digging it. The only downside is there’s no camera protection.
